Stars Maria Elena Marques, Carlos Lopez Moctezuma, Mauricio Garces, L. Aguilar and Erna Martha Bauman. This is one creepy film based on the Mexican legend of The Crying Woman. A woman is taken in by a rich man, she's in love....he's only using her. Once she has his child, he loses all interest in her and thinks her below his position. She crashes a party he's holding and finds him carousing with another woman. Dazed, she stumbles home and locks the door. At this point you feel sorry for this poor, wronged woman. But she has become unhinged and sympathy goes right out the window as she kills her child and loses her own life. Her witch-like ghost comes back for revenge. Unsettling and scary.
