The exact version is not important but it must be the Sun JRE. The radiobutton must be set. If you have to set it, be sure to shut down OpenOffice.org and reopen it as only then the new setting will be valid.
If (even after you have been waiting for 20 seconds) no Sun JRE is offered for selection, you will have to import the relevant packages.
