Some travel suggestions to reach the vacation apartment:

Arrival by train

Arrival at Hauptbahnhof (formerly Lehrter Bahnhof)

Take the S-Bahn eastbound (lines S5, S7, S9, S75) to station Friedrichstraße (next station). Change to line S1 southbound (direction Potsdam, Wannsee or Zehlendorf). Exit at station Feuerbachstraße. When you exit the station turn left, cross the Alsenstraße and follow the Feuerbachstraße till number 18.
As an alternative you can also take from Hauptbahnhof the S-Bahn westbound to Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten (3 stations). From there proceed as described below.

Arrival at Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten

Take underground line U9 southbound (direction Rathaus Steglitz) to station Schlossstraße. When you exit the train, turn left and follow the platform to the escalator. Take the exit on the right hand side (Schildhornstraße). Go straight ahead, pass the shops underneath the brigde on the left side. Shortly you reach the Holsteinsche Straße. Turn left and follow this street until the crossing with the Feuerbachstraße. Turn right and after some meters you reach number 18.

Arrival by plane

Arrival at airport Berlin Tegel TXL

Take bus number 109 oder express bus number X9 (some price) to bus stop Zoologischer Garten. From there proceed as described above.
Schedule and alternatives:

Arrival at airport Berlin Schönefeld SXF

Take the S-Bahn direction Neukölln (you might have to change the train there) and continue to station Schöneberg. Change to S1 southbound (direction Potsdam, Wannsee or Zehlendorf). Exit at station Feuerbachstraße and contiune as described above.

Arrival by car

Parking space is provided in the garage of apartment house, so you will have no problem finding a parking lot. The apartment is located outside the "Umweltzone" (environmental area), so you need no "Umweltplakette" (environmental badge) for the routes described below.

From southern (A9) or western (A2) direction

At the junction with freeway A10 (Berliner Ring) proceed eastbound direction Berlin Zentrum / Frankfurt/Oder. At crossing Nuthetal proceed on A115 (direction Berlin Zentrum) and take exit Wannsee/Zehlendorf. Follow federal highway B1 for some kilometers. Once you have passed the Botanical garden (on your left hand side), you have to turn right at the next large crossing (sign Schlossstraße). Follow the Schlossstraße till the crossing with the Feuerbachstraße (there is a Karstadt department store to your left and a Starbucks coffee shop to your right). Follow the Feuerbachstraße till number 18. The entrance to the garage is just right from the entrance to the apartment house.

From northwestern direction (A24)

At junction Havelland take the A10 (Berliner Ring) eastbound until junction Oranienburg. Proceed on A111 direction Berlin-Zentrum. At junction Reinickendorf (in the tunnel) take A100 direction Charlottenburg. At junction Wilmersdorf follow A104 (direction Steglitz). Freeway A104 proceeds into the Schildhornstraße. Although a large street, there is a 30 km/h speed limit! Attention! there are two automatic traffic checks (speed check and traffic light crossing at red light) Once you crossed the Lepsiusstraße and just before you climb the bridge, take the right exit. Underneath the brigde turn left into the Schlossstraße.At the next crossing turn right into the Feuerbachstraße. Follow the Feuerbachstraße till number 18. The entrance to the garage is just right from the entrance to the apartment house.

From northeastern direction (A11)

At junction Schwanebeck take A10 (Berliner Ring) westbound till junction Oranienburg. From there proceed as described above.

From southeastern direction (A113)

At junction Schönefeld contiune on A113 direction Berlin Zentrum (Z00). Follow A113 until you reach the junction with A100. Keep left and enter A100 direction westbound. Continue till junction Schöneberg. Here, take A103 direction Steglitz. Take the next exit (Saarstraße). Turn left into the Saarstraße. Continue till the crossing with the Feuerbachstraße. Turn right into the Feuerbachstraße and continue till you cross the brigde above the S-Bahn (Feuerbachbrücke.) After the pedestrian crossing turn half left into the small part of the Feuerbachstraße. Shortly you reach number 18 on your left hand side.
