The apartment will be available at the day of arrival at 4:00 p.a.; check-out time at the day of departure is 11:00 a.m.;
other times are possible on request upon availabilty.
Terms of payment
downpayment: 20 % of the total amount at the time of booking; the rest is paid by bank transfer 7 days proir to arrival or cash upon arrival.
Cancellations
If the cancellation is received at least four weeks prior to the day of arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Upon later cancellation the deposit will only be refunded if the apartment can be rented otherwise - as we will do our best to achieve.
